
Jennifer Leaño
Biography
Jenn is a behavioral interventionist by training, having worked extensively with individuals with autism and their families for over a decade, before transitioning to neuroscience research and eventually to digital health. Her career goal is to translate interventions conventionally constrained to in-person settings to the digital space; increase the inclusion of individuals from marginalized and minoritized communities historically underrepresented in research and academia; and utilize human centered design to address public health needs and inequities and to promote health and digital literacy.
Jenn is currently a Clinical Research Program Coordinator where she executes daily operations for digital health research studies focused on violence prevention, intervention development for adolescent mental health, opioid use disorder, clinical validation of health tools, & evaluation of program implementation on clinical care & family outcomes.
