Zahrie Ernst graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a BSc. in Environmental Economics in 2016, and received her Project Management Professional certification in 2018. Zahrie is currently completing her Masters of Science in Research Administration and Compliance at the City University of New York, School of Professional Studies. Prior to working at the Brown-Lifespan Center for Digital Health, Zahrie worked in grants management with the Simons Foundation, managing payment operations across various research programs for over 400 institutions. She also has worked as a project manager, implementing projects in e-waste recycling, audit and change management systems, and has coordinated economic household survey research in sub-Saharan Africa.
