Ross Hilliard, MD is an Assistant Professor of Medicine and Director of Medical Informatics at RIH; Associate Residency Director for the Brown University Internal Medicine program; and Medical Director for the Lifespan Community Health Institute, an organization committed to improving the lives of underserved people and communities in Rhode Island. Ross’s research interests include patient safety and quality improvement, including leveraging Medical Informatics and the Electronic Medical Record (EMR). He brings real-world expertise in clinic and hospital EHR-based interventions and measurement.
